The hardest part of island work isn't the cutting — it's getting there. We sort out the access, get on-site with the right setup, and do real removals on real islands, not just easy stuff close to the dock.
Waterfront cottage work is its own thing — septic fields under the trees, rocky shoreline access, leaning pines over the boathouse, view-cuts that need to be done right or you're staring at a stump for the rest of summer. We've worked enough lakes to know what cottage properties need and what they don't.
The bush has a way of swallowing everything — the path to the dock, the trail between the cabin and the bunkie, the sightline that used to take in the whole bay. We open it back up without flattening the property, so you can see the lake and walk the trails without a machete.
